Optics and Ceramic Grinding
Special applications include the four axis and five axis grinding of glass
and ceramics. These special materials cannot be machined with conventional
methods and lend themselves to the grinding approach. The extreme accuracy of
the ProGrind design can be combined
with automation.

Form Grinding
Two axis cylindrical grinders and three or four axis form grinding are all part of the ProGrind line up. There is a wide variety of shape possibilities that can be produced including creep feed small part grinding with high pressure coolant.

Medical Device Grinders
Custom
designed loader systems and special machines tailored specifically to customer
applications are a large part of what we do. Even CNC belt grinders have been
designed and built. Hopper, magazine, bowl, strip and cassette feeders can all
be provided.
